Four Texas cities that are among the nation's 100 most populous will elect a mayor on Saturday. Population rankings are based on July 1, 2023 Census Bureau population estimates. They are for the city itself, not the associated metropolitan area.
These mayoral elections are all officially nonpartisan. However, we include the party affiliation of the incumbent in the city info table.
A majority vote is required to win. Otherwise the top two finishers will advance to a June runoff. Polls close at 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
