2022 Texas House Election Interactive Map

All US House seats to be contested in 2022

Redistricting: Gain of two seats. Toggle between 'Consensus Forecast' and 'Current House' to see how the map has changed.

The only state to see a net change of more than one congressional seat after the 2020 Census, Texas now has 38 congressional districts, the 2nd largest delegation in the country. Republicans controlled the redistricting process, largely eliminating competitive races for either party in 2022 except in South Texas. There, three districts look to be closely-contested. These races will receive a lot of attention as Republicans look to make additional inroads in largely Latino areas that, until recently, were Democratic strongholds.
