The most competitive race appears to be in District 3, where Republican Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler is seeking a 6th term. She defeated Democrat Carolyn Long by 5% in 2018; Long is back for a rematch. District 8 was flipped by Democrat Kim Schrier in 2018. Some forecasters have it on the competitive radar, but it seems like a longshot for the GOP. In District 10, Rep. Denny Heck (D) is retiring. He will be succeeded by a Democrat, as two of them advanced in the state's top-two primary. All other incumbents are running and expected to be reelected.
