U.S. House

Tuesday's primary will result in the first ousted incumbent of 2022. With the state losing a seat in redistricting, Reps. David McKinley and Alex Mooney are fighting for the nomination in the redrawn 2nd district. Below the results for this primary are party-specific tables with results for each of the state's congressional districts.

State Senate

Republicans hold a large 23-11 edge over Democrats in the West Virginia State Senate. Members serve four-year staggered terms; Districts 1 through 17 are up for election this year.

State House

Republicans hold 78 of 100 seats in the West Virginia House of Delegates. Members serve two-year terms.
