|Results for U.S. Senate, Governor, U.S. House, General Assembly
Democratic Sen. Chris Van Hollen is favored to win a 2nd term.
Larry Hogan, the popular Republican incumbent, is term-limited. This seat is expected to flip to the Democrats, whose nominee is Wes Moore.
These elections will use redistricted boundaries. District 6, encompassing the western part of the state, was seen as fairly competitive based on the new borders. However, forecasters now see incumbent Democrat David Trone as the favorite. All other seats look safe for the incumbent party.
Democrats dominate the Maryland State Senate, outnumbering Republicans 32-15. Members serve four-year terms.
