House Members Not Supporting Impeachment

December 18, 2019
This impeachment tracker lists the 197 members (196 Republicans + 1 Democrat) of the U.S. House of Representatives that voted against both articles of impeachment against President Trump. It is based on current party affiliation: Rep. Jeff Van Drew (NJ-2), voted 'no' as a Democrat and became a Republican the following day.

The map excludes those who did not vote for or against. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (HI-2) voted 'Present'. Three members did not vote for different reasons: Reps. Duncan Hunter (R, CA-50), Jose Serrano (D, NY-15), and John Shimkus (R, IL-15).

We have a separate map of those who voted 'Yes'.
