The biennial election for representatives from all 435 Congressional Districts will take place on November 6, 2018. Winners will be sworn in to serve in the 116th Congress in early January, 2019. The Republican Party currently controls the U.S. House, with seats, more than the 218 needed for control (when there are no vacancies).
