U.S. House
18 Congressional Districts: 9 Republicans | 9 Democrats
This is the only evenly split House delegation heading into Election Day. The two most competitive districts are both GOP-held. There's a true toss-up in PA-10 (Harrisburg/York), where Scott Perry is seeking a 5th term. Democrats have a strong candidate in state Auditor Eugene DePasquale.
In PA-1 (suburban Philadelphia), Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-1) is attempting to win a 3rd term against councilwoman Christina Finello. Fitzpatrick appears to have a small edge here, despite the likelihood that Donald Trump will run behind 2016, when he lost the district by two points to Hillary Clinton.
Longshots for the GOP include PA-7, PA-8 and PA-17, while for Democrats it is PA-16. The remaining 12 incumbents are expected to be reelected.
