Arizona has nine congressional districts. Four are held by Democrats, four by Republicans. The 8th district is vacant and will be filled by special election on April 24th. That district, as well as three of the four Republican-held districts, are considered safe for the GOP. The remaining Republican district, as well as two held by Democrats, are expected to be at least somewhat competitive in 2018.
