A large Republican field is vying to replace Gov. Mary Fallin, who is termed-out. There will almost certainly be an August runoff. Whomever ultimately prevails will be favored in November in this deep red state.U.S. Senate:

All five congressional districts
will be up for election this fall. There are contested primaries for both parties in almost all districts. The first district is currently vacant, as former Rep. Jim Bridenstine now heads NASA. Whomever wins the general election on November 6th will be appointed by Gov. Fallin to complete the remainder of Bridenstine's term.
