Polls 9/18

Some new polls today.   Most surprising is Indiana, where Obama is slightly ahead in a Selzer poll, although within MOE so not wholly inconsistent with most other polls that show a statistical tie there.  We continue to show Indiana as a tossup on the polling map.    New Mexico appears to be moving back toward the “Leaning Obama” category, as two polls this week now have him up 7/8 points.  We’ll await confirmation from one more poll before making the change on the map.  South Carolina and Georgia have moved into the “Strong McCain” category.    Florida continues to be hard to figure..again today we have one poll tied, one showing McCain up by 6.
